Once you complete the payment, a redemption code will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of purchase.
Is there a deadline for completing the exams?
We encourage students to complete The RCM Practical Piano Exam within a year of purchase.
The RCM Online Theory Study Guide with Exam will be available for a full year from the date you redeem the code, not from the purchase date.
Can the Piano Practical Exam Voucher be used for any level?
No, the exam voucher must be redeemed for the level for which it was purchased.
How do I receive the six-month subscription of RCM Online Ear Training & Sight Reading?
Once you complete the payment, a redemption code will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of purchase. The same process applies for RCM Online Ear Training in the Preparatory A & B bundles.
How long will teachers and students have to use the musicianship tool?
The six-month term will begin once the redemption code for RCM Online Ear Training & Sight Reading is activated.
Is this bundle offered for other instruments and voice?
The bundles are for Piano students and have everything needed to achieve the requirements for a Comprehensive Certificate.

Do we have to pay shipping for the books?
No, these bundles include free shipping on the books.
Can students/parents purchase these bundles?
Yes, the bundles are available to students/parents and teachers.
Can teachers and School Administrators purchase these bundles on behalf of their students?
Yes, they may purchase these bundles on behalf of their students and get reimbursed by them directly.
If I am paying for these bundles, how can I give the books to my students?
When you purchase the bundles, you will need to put in your students’ address for shipping. This way, the students will receive the books directly to their homes.
How does it work if I am buying multiple bundles for several students?
Purchases will need to be made one student at a time. Your student will receive the materials at the shipping address you enter in checkout.
Is there a deadline to purchase these bundles?

I previously purchased an exam bundle, but I would like to exchange it for the Back-to-School bundle.
